5 things you should be eating RIGHT NOW: The Pioneer Woman

Ree, you...are...my biggest fan. (Name that movie!)

Really though - the woman is incredible and all of these dishes are incredible too. Links to all of them below and the photos are all from The Pioneer Woman website. 
Skillet Chicken Lasagna. This is a really fast and easy recipe - great for week nights when your children are clinging to your legs and screaming as you desperately try to pull something together so you don't end up at Chick-Fil-A again because the people behind the counter are starting to recognize you and not for good reasons. Mostly because you smell. I'm not speaking from experience. I swear?

Perfect Potato Soup. This is SO flavorful and I'm not just talking about the bacon grease that you sauté the veggies in. But it helps. If you love you stomach and hate your thighs you will make this soup.

The Marlboro Man Sandwich, Adorned. We don't eat a lot of beef in our house but when we do, the recipes come from Ree. I feel like she is the ultimate authority on beef, probably because she chases them out of her yard frequently. And by 'them' I mean cows. Make this and please don't skimp on the arugula.

Eggs Benedict. I am going to invent a machine which will allow me to pump hollandaise sauce straight into my veins. I like my Benedict with a slice of tomato, avocado and some wilted spinach. 

Drip Beef Sandwiches - I've made both of them, the Basic Drip Beef is my favorite. Salty, juicy beef. yuummmmm.
