I found
a great tutorial on how to make eclairs from Martha Stewart. They are shockingly easy to make and once you nail the pate a choux dough, you can make cream puffs too. These would be fun to make for St. Patrick's day - you could dye the pastry cream green for a little surprise when you bite into the center. And that is my picture and those are my eclairs and I did eat all of them in one sitting and it was divine. Thank you.
